Kevin is a member of Duckor Spradling Metzger & Wynne’s commercial litigation practice group. His practice includes a wide array of litigation areas, including real estate, insurance defense and coverage, and complex commercial and business transactions. Kevin has also represented clients before the United States Patent & Trademark Office in prosecuting and opposing trademark applications, in addition to litigating trademark issues before state and federal courts.

     Kevin is a 1999 graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. Prior to entering law school, he worked in the biotechnology industry as a chemist. He received his degree in Chemistry from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona in 1993.

     Kevin is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Diabetes Research Group and the AIDS and Infectious Disease Science Center.
