Founding principal, Michael Duckor, has developed an extensive dispute resolution practice evolved over a 32-year career as a litigator.

     He is regularly retained by individuals and businesses or appointed by the courts as a Mediator, Arbitrator and/or Special Master and has served in those capacities in multi-hundreds of matters. Mr. Duckor serves for the judiciary and in the private sector as an independent expert on issues involving mediation, case management and settlement.

     Mr. Duckor is credited with co-founding the "Special Master" program for the County of San Diego, involving the creation and implementation of a case management system for complex construction defect litigation cases in conjunction with early mediation assistance. This model became the principal format by which this litigation is still managed today.

     In addition, this training and experience as a mediator and arbitrator enables Mr. Duckor to apply proven successful resolution techniques in assisting our clients to resolve their disputes.
